Resende villa is owned by a Swedish family who fell in love with Itacaré. The house was completed in 2021. The house was designed by Eduardo Leite & Cavani Arquitetos, the furniture was designed by the architects or bought in the high quality brands like Artefacto and designers like Carlos Motta.
All the lighting was developed and delivered by Lightworks, which is one of the most prestigious lighting design companies in Brazil.
